To connect Granola to HubSpot or Pipedrive, connect both to Muzau and create the meeting follow-up agent. After each meeting, this Muzau agent drafts the customer recap from your Granola note; by default, you approve it before it goes out. Once the recap is sent, the agent updates the customer's record and the deal stage in HubSpot or Pipedrive. Muzau also keeps what the customer said: need, budget, timeline, decision maker.
Granola took the meeting note. HubSpot or Pipedrive, meanwhile, waits for someone to retype it: the deal stage, the next action, the budget you heard. Pasting the summary into a field does not give the customer the recap they expect, and does not move the stage forward. So the record gets filled in on Friday, from memory, or not at all.
The missing link is not technical: it is the recap sent to the customer. It is what fixes what was decided, in the words of the meeting. The chain follows this order: the note, then the recap you approve, then the CRM.
The connections are made from Muzau's Tools page. Granola connects in one click, and each team member connects their own. HubSpot or Pipedrive is connected once for the business, and all its agents can then use it. What remains is creating the meeting follow-up agent in the Workshop, with two questions: what each recap should contain, and on which days to follow up with the customer. Without this agent, notes are read, but nothing goes out.
Every minute, Muzau rereads the meeting notes you took yourself, without changing anything in Granola and without reading your private notes. The agent drafts the recap email from them: what was said and decided, then the next step you agreed on. The customer's address comes from the meeting invitees, never from a name mentioned aloud. By default, the recap waits for you in "To approve": the detail of this step is in sending the customer the write-up of a Granola note.
Once the recap is approved and sent, the agent updates the customer's record and the deal stage in HubSpot or Pipedrive. The CRM thus tracks what the customer received, not a draft. Nothing more: no score, no forecast. Like any action in a connected tool, this update follows your autonomy settings and can wait for your go-ahead. To have the email itself filed in the CRM, also enter the BCC address that HubSpot or Pipedrive gives you, for the business or for one salesperson. Every recap you approve and send is copied there, without the follow-ups.
With a Granola note, what the customer said themselves is written on their Muzau record, under "Customers met": their need, their budget, their timeline, who decides, their objection, each item dated and linked to the note. Nothing is kept on a sensitive subject. When that customer later writes by email, the agent who answers knows what they said in the meeting, and keeps the same informal or formal address.
A note-taking tool connected to a CRM files nothing correctly if the two are not talking about the same customer. With or without Muzau, check these points before connecting.

Autonomous does not mean unchecked. You set the level of autonomy of every agent, its limits cannot be crossed, everything it does is recorded in a plain-language log, and one gesture stops it all.
For the tasks you don't have time for. You give the address of your website, then describe the work in your own words. Nothing to install.
