To update your CRM after a meeting without re-entering anything, connect it to Muzau: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho CRM or Attio. A Muzau agent drafts the recap for the customer; once you have approved and sent it, it updates the customer record and the deal stage. With a Granola note, what the customer said (need, budget, timeline, decision-maker, objection) is also filed on their "Customers met" record, in Muzau.
After a meeting there are two things to write: the recap for the customer, and the record in the CRM. The recap goes out, more or less. The record waits for the evening, then the end of the week, and gets filled in from memory: the previous stage, a next action with no date, the budget forgotten.
The CRM then stops being something you decide from. You no longer know whether the deal is moving, or who has to do what. It is not a lack of discipline: it is the same information to enter twice. Your team keeps the meeting and the relationship; the agent starts from the recap you read anyway, and carries what follows into your CRM.
HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Sellsy, Axonaut, Odoo, folk, Attio and monday CRM connect to Muzau. After each meeting, the agent drafts the recap for the customer, from your Granola note or the write-up you forward to it. Once the recap is approved and sent, it updates the customer record and the deal stage in the CRM. Nothing more: no score, no forecast. Like any action in a connected tool, this update follows your autonomy settings and can wait for your go-ahead. The full chain is described in connecting Granola to HubSpot or Pipedrive.
For the recap email itself to be filed in the CRM, enter in Muzau the blind copy address that your CRM gives you, for the whole business or for one salesperson. It is also the route for a CRM that is not on the list, noCRM.io for example. Every recap you approve and send is copied there. Follow-ups and other emails are not. The CRM must recognize the address that sends the recap: by default, the business's own.
With a Granola note, what the customer said themselves is filed on their "Customers met" record, in Muzau: their need, their budget, their timeline, who decides, their objection. Each item carries the meeting date and the link to the note; the rules for this record are in the sales visit report without a spreadsheet.
On the morning of a new meeting with this customer, from 7 a.m., you receive a brief by email that picks up their record and the commitments in progress. The detail is in preparing a meeting with a customer you have already met.
An up-to-date record answers a single question: what happens next, and who does it. With or without a tool, check these points before moving on to the next meeting.
Do it the same day: the next day, you remember the impression, no longer the figures. And do not move the stage on a feeling. A deal moves forward when the customer has done or accepted something concrete: a quote requested, a date set, a document sent. For the written follow-up, see next how to follow up with your customers from HubSpot or Pipedrive.
Autonomous does not mean unchecked. You set the level of autonomy of every agent, its limits cannot be crossed, everything it does is recorded in a plain-language log, and one gesture stops it all.
For the tasks you don't have time for. You give the address of your website, then describe the work in your own words. Nothing to install.
