To put an AI chatbot on a Shopify or PrestaShop store, paste the Muzau chat line once into the code shared by all the theme's pages. A Muzau agent answers the questions asked before purchase (delivery, warranties, returns) with the Brain and the store pages that Muzau has read, and is instructed not to invent any price or lead time. For advice, it can offer a meeting with your team or pass the question on to it.
The product page gives the price and the photos. Before a purchase that matters, what holds the visitor back is often what it leaves out: how long delivery takes, what the warranty covers, how a return works. They look for the terms page, don't find it, and don't write in over so little. They close the tab.
The answer existed all the same, in your terms of sale or in your team's heads. Your team keeps the advice and the relationship; the agent gives what is already written, and hands over for the rest.
The chat is a separate agent, created in Muzau's Workshop. You can try it first from the cockpit, without any meeting being booked or any email sent, then you paste its line once, just before the end of the page. Nothing else to install: no server, no account to create. The bubble only appears on the addresses you have declared. The rest is on the page putting a chatbot on your company's website.
Muzau's Brain reads up to 12 pages of your store, starting with the FAQ, the terms, delivery and warranties, then rereads them about once a week. A page it missed, or your terms of sale as a PDF, are added by hand, and each fact it pulls out waits for your "Keep" click. Those from a PDF start out reserved for your team: the chat only uses them once they are opened to everyone. The chat answers in a few seconds, without waiting for approval.
The chat is instructed not to state any price, lead time or availability that is not in your Brain: if it only knows part of it, it gives that part and says what is missing. Each answer is checked automatically before it is shown; a link to another site or a promise nothing backs up holds it for your team. That check looks for specific signals, it does not judge whether the answer is correct: see what it holds back.
With your Google Calendar or Outlook connected, a visitor who wants a meeting is offered up to three free slots in the next 14 days, and the meeting is booked there once they give their email: see how a chatbot books a meeting. When the chat doesn't know, it says so and, if you have chosen that, asks once for the visitor's email or phone number. Your team receives a card with the whole conversation and replies by email: see what the chat does when it doesn't know.
These pointers apply to any chat.
Pasting the code isn't enough. A chatbot only answers well if those answers are written down, each on a page linked from the footer: delivery times and zones, the length and scope of the warranty, the return window and who pays for shipping back, what happens if the product arrives damaged, and how to get advice before ordering.
Autonomous does not mean unchecked. You set the level of autonomy of every agent, its limits cannot be crossed, everything it does is recorded in a plain-language log, and one gesture stops it all.
For the tasks you don't have time for. You give the address of your website, then describe the work in your own words. Nothing to install.
