Follow-ups that never forget anyone

A Muzau agent keeps an eye on your quotes and your open opportunities. It picks the moment to follow up, writes a message that takes the last exchange into account (not a generic reminder), sends it, and immediately schedules the one after. No deal dies out because nobody thought of it again.

Why this is a problem

The quote nobody followed up is the quietest loss in a small company. It makes no noise, it shows up in no report, and it often represents several deals a quarter. The follow-up is not forgotten out of negligence: it falls due on the day the week was busy.

A CRM's automatic reminders solve only half the problem. They remind you that a follow-up is due; they do not write the message, and it is the writing that costs.

The right moment is not the same for everyone

A quote for a building job is not followed up at the pace of a small order. The agent takes the amount into account, the lead time announced, what the customer said and what has happened since.

A follow-up that has read the conversation

The message picks the thread back up: what had been asked, what had been answered, what is still open. That is what separates a useful follow-up from a reminder that irritates.

The next one is already scheduled

As soon as it goes out, the following follow-up is planned. Tracking no longer depends on anyone's memory, including when you are on holiday.

It stops when it should stop

A customer who replies, who declines or who asks not to be contacted again leaves the sequence immediately and durably.

What it does not do

Autonomous does not mean unchecked. You set the level of autonomy of every agent, its limits cannot be crossed, everything it does is recorded in a plain-language log, and one gesture stops it all.

Frequently asked questions

Who decides how often follow-ups go out?
You set the frame; the agent applies it, adapting to each case. You can cap the number of follow-ups, and that cap is a limit the agent cannot cross.
Do follow-ups go out without me?
It depends on the level of autonomy you set for that agent. It can propose and wait, or send and report back. Either way, everything that goes out is available to read.
What happens if the customer replies?
The sequence stops and the reply reaches you, or is handled by the agent in charge of inbound requests if you have one.
Does this comply with the rules on outreach?
Following up on an open quote addresses a contact who already came to you. The platform keeps opt-out requests durably and applies them to all your agents, not only to the one that received the request.
