Agents that do the work, a company that keeps the wheel

Muzau lets a small business create autonomous software agents and run them. You describe what you want to delegate; the agent reads, decides and acts by your rules, within the limits you set for it. Every one of its actions is written into a log you can consult.

The problem Muzau takes seriously

In a company of three people or of thirty, the work that gets lost is almost never the hard work. It is the request that arrived on a Saturday, the quote nobody followed up, the question asked for the fourth time this week, the report that has not been produced since March. Each of these jobs is simple; together, they fill the days of the people who should be doing something else.

Conventional automation tools require every step and every exception to be described in advance. That takes time, technical skill, and a world that stands still. All three are missing.

What Muzau does

A Muzau agent does not follow a script written in advance: it reads what comes in, judges the situation and acts. You do not describe the mechanics, you describe the work, the way you would tell someone starting the job.

The Company Brain

This is what separates a useful agent from a talkative language model. The Brain holds what your company knows: your documents, your pages, your past answers, your rules. All your agents draw on it, and it grows with use: every answer you correct widens what they can handle without you.

So an agent answers with what your company genuinely knows, not with what a model believes it knows about your trade. When the information is not there, it does not guess: it hands back to you.

The first agent is born from your website's URL

There is no integration project and no weeks of tuning. Muzau reads your website, finds your business, your services and the way you speak, and proposes a first agent. The detailed form is only a correction screen, for the day something has been misunderstood.

Autonomous does not mean unchecked

Handing work to software that decides on its own only makes sense if you can check what it did and stop it. That is a condition, not an option:

Who it is for

For small and mid-sized businesses, in the course of their professional activity. An account is opened for a company. Muzau is designed for organisations with no IT department and no time to spend on a rollout: if the tool demands a project, it has already failed.

Where the project stands

Muzau is a young product. It moves fast: features are added, others change. We flag substantial changes, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

The free plan lets you find out what the agents do, and it stays free. Nothing is billed to you until you have taken out a paid plan yourself: the terms of sale set out what is sold, and on what conditions.

We would rather say it here than let you find out: what you read on this site describes a product under construction. The pages presenting the jobs handed to an agent describe what Muzau is built to do, not a service polished over years.

Who is behind it

Muzau is published by Arthur Osstyn EI, a sole trader trading under the name O2S, SIREN 900 494 048. Full details are in the legal notice.

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States). It uses no advertising tracker and sets no cookie, except the one that remembers the language you choose at the bottom of the page; the fonts are served from this domain, so your browser contacts no outside server to display them. The detail is on the privacy page.

Those who sign up create their agent before anyone else. The first one is born from your website's URL: nothing to install, nothing to configure.
