A French startup at Station F

Muzau is a French artificial intelligence startup, founded in 2026 by Arthur Osstyn. It is based at Station F in Paris, the world's largest startup campus.

Before Muzau, Arthur spent four years at Salesforce helping small businesses and large enterprises with their artificial intelligence projects.

What is Muzau?

Muzau is a platform for building your own AI agents, without code. It is made for small businesses and startups alike: teams that talk to a lot of customers and don't have time to follow everything up by hand.

An AI agent is an artificial intelligence that does more than answer: it takes action. It reads your customers' messages, replies, follows up, books appointments and updates your tools, using your company's information and following your rules.

You connect your mailbox and describe what you want to hand over, for example: “Reply to quote requests and follow up after three days.” The agent is ready in a few minutes. It knows your business from your website and your emails, and when a piece of information is missing, it asks you instead of making it up. It works in your tools: your mailbox, your website chat, your calendar, your spreadsheets.

You see what it does and what it is about to do. At first, you approve every message; then it works on its own and hands over to you when it needs you.
