What is an AI agent, and what can it do for my business?
An AI agent does a job for you, from start to finish: it reads what comes in, decides according to your rules and acts. With Muzau, a small or mid-sized business hands its agents what it doesn't have time to do: replying to inbound requests, following up on quotes, booking appointments and tracking every request through to the end.
Why not just use ChatGPT?
ChatGPT is an assistant: it answers when you talk to it, and every conversation starts from scratch. Muzau is a platform built to hand customer follow-up to agents. Your agents know your business through the Brain, which learns from your website, your emails and your chat. They work on their own, in your mailbox and your tools, even when nobody is talking to them. They follow your rules: your tone, your timelines, your prices, and what they are allowed to do without you. You see what they do and take back control in one click; they hand over to you when your judgement is needed. They can neither make up a price nor be manipulated by a message, every action is logged, and your data stays in France. And you are not tied to any AI model: Muzau can switch models without your agents changing.
Can a Muzau agent make up a price or a piece of information?
No. Prices and recipients are set by the platform from your data: the model cannot invent them. For everything else, the agent relies on what your business knows, and when a piece of information is missing, it doesn't guess: it hands over to you.
Do I have to approve every message before it goes out?
You choose, agent by agent. You can start by approving everything, then let it act on its own once you trust it: it reports every action to you. A planned action can be moved or cancelled in one gesture.
Do I need to install anything or know how to code?
No. Muzau runs in your browser. You give the address of your website, Muzau learns your business from it, then you describe in your own words the work to hand over. Each agent gets its own email address, ready to use.
Is my data protected?
Yes. Muzau is hosted in Paris, complies with the GDPR, and your conversations train no AI model. Each company's data is kept separate from everyone else's, and every action an agent takes is recorded in a log. The details are in our data processing agreement.
How much does Muzau cost?
You start for free, with 100 credits per month. Then there are three plans: Go at €56 excl. VAT per month with 1,500 credits, Pro at €139 excl. Does a Muzau agent pretend to be human?
No. A Muzau agent always introduces itself as an AI, as the EU AI Act requires. It handles your customer follow-up; the relationship stays with your team.
What is the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?
A chatbot answers the questions people ask it in a window. An agent does the work: it reads your emails and forms, qualifies the request, follows up, offers an appointment and alerts you when needed. It acts in your tools, with your rules, even when nobody is talking to it.
What is the Company Brain?
It is your business's memory: your offers, prices, lead times, rules and the answers you have already given. It fills up from your website, grows every week, and all your agents share it: a new agent already knows what the others know.
Which businesses is Muzau made for?

Which tools does Muzau work with?

Can an agent answer the visitors of my website?
Yes. An agent can answer in a chat placed on your website, installed by pasting a single line of code, and handle the requests sent through your contact form. The chat tells visitors they are talking to an AI.
Does each agent have its own email address?
Yes. Each agent gets an email address of its own as soon as it is created, with no setup. You can also connect it to your Gmail, Outlook or other mailbox, so it handles the requests that arrive there.
What happens when the agent doesn't know the answer?
It doesn't guess. It alerts you with the file ready: what the customer is asking, what is missing, what it suggests. You reply, and what you teach it goes into the Brain for next time.
Can my agents reply in English?
Yes. An agent replies in the language of the message it receives, in French as well as English, with the same rules and the same prices.
Is my data used to train an artificial intelligence?
No. Your conversations, your documents and your customers' train no AI model. This is a contractual commitment.
Can I stop an agent at any time?
Yes, in one gesture. A stopped agent handles nothing until you restart it, and every one of its past actions remains viewable in the log.
What happens to my data if I stop using Muzau?
It is erased within 30 days of the end of your contract. You can ask for a copy before then.
Can I get help setting up my agents?
